This role is to manage the support for the
environments in use in the Transact test and UAT
cycle. The role will require:-
- issue management for murex problems reported to team
- assistance with Murex deployments (code + config changes)
- coordinating other technical resources (eg DBAs) to get required result
- working with technical and testing/Operations resources to resolve issues
when they arrive - Training other Transact resources on Murex
application functionality and configuration
