Hi there,
We immediately need a proposal (rough estimates,time hr and amount) for the following solution.
We(a south asian firm) are willing to build an ECN (working will be like US ECNs). Following is the list of modules we need to develop.
1.Broker Client Aplication ( an OMS of individual brokerages and it routes order/getting executions back from our ECN)
2. ECN engine (match and execute Algorithms, order book)
3. Internal clearing and settlement system
4. Administrative module of ECN
Vendor replies should mentions the hardware,software,network requirement,ecn engine development workflow explicitly !! do send the company profiles
