Need suggested tags for newly industry wide compliance requirement

Recently, we need to let the orders to carry following info:

  1. Manually-Received Indicator
  2. Desk Routed info (a repeating group contains Desk ID, TYPE, timestamps.)

I heard this is a industry wide compliance requirement like previous SHO project. Not sure there is a committee for this and not sure people have already defined any standard tags for this?
