I like some of the new extensions in FAST 1.2, especially the addition of timestamp types.
What about SCP? I would suggest at least a blob be added to “Hello” for authentication and authorization purposes.

we don’t have any immediate plans to update the SCP spec, but may I suggest that you provide a more detailed proposal that can be discussed within the mdowg?
