Hi,
Anybody can tell me under what circumstance and why will we set the testMessageIndicator flag in a logon message?

If you had a non-production FIX session used for testing, then you can specify TestMessageIndicator = Y in the header of every message on that test session. The idea is to help safeguard from one accidentally processing a test message as if it were a production message. Note its use is optional (but makes sense).
