Leading Brokerage firm in NYC is currently seeking a QA lead / project manger for our DMA (direct market access) development group. This person will work closely with the Technical Head of the group and the Product Manager to ensure timely delivery and the highest possible standards. This person needs to be detailed oriented but also efficient. Prior experience in Electronic Market Access, including smart routing, equities, options, futures as well as non US exchanges is strongly desired.
Experience using the Rational ClearQuest and MS Project are required. The candidate should have a strong technical background and possess a solid understanding of OO programming languages. General understanding of FIX, CMS, and other standard exchange message formats is desirable.
