Well established Global Software company needs to hire a General Manager to run their U.S. operations. Company provides solutions for the Wholesale Banking Industry.

Role and responsibilities:

 Managing US operation – managing the office and Software products for banks.
 Managing the product development and support teams – 15 people.
 Helping with Presales.
 Managing the operation meaning budget, administration, employees etc.
 Customer interaction as Face for the U.S. Operations
 Participation at Trade Shows and Conferences

Requirements:
 Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ I.S. is preferred with good knowledge of the Information World
 Ability to work with customers senior management
 Above 10 years experience in operation management.
 Experience in the banking industry
 Management experience in software organizations.
 Limited Travel
 Languages – English mandatory, other languages – advantage.
 New Jersey / New York local.
