what is the NoDlvyInst (tag 85) and DlvyInst (tag 86) for? For one allocation we have serveral DlvyInsts? then what is shares goes to each DlvyInst?

The DlvyInst repeating group was a rather primative attempt to support settlement instructions. It has been removed from the Allocation message in version 4.1 and replaced by the use of the SettlementInstructions message. Prior to 4.1 it was a repeating group within the Allocs repeating group.
