A major investment bank is starting a major project to revamp their entire existing Program Trading Infrastructure. This includes building new Crossing Engines, Automated Trading Engines, Prop Trading and Order Management Systems. They currently are looking for a Senior VP or Director (MUST BE Hands-on) to build and lead a team of programmers that will be responsible for architecting and designing the Order Management Systems Infrastructure.
Must have very strong Distributed Architecture experience, hands-on C++/Java experience, FIX, OO Design, extensive multi-threading, TCP/IP, Middleware development experience. MUST HAVE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE DESIGNING AND ARCHITECTING ORDER ROUTING OR OMS Systems. Comp can range between 200-400K.
