The core technical skills and experience required include:

· Demonstrated skills and experience in the development of applications interfacing to the FIX protocol and associated software and API’s. This is essential.

· Solid commercial experience working in equities trading, stock broking, funds management, investment or institutional banking. It is expected that you will have proven knowledge of the trading processes and therefore able to distinguish between types of trades and how they are recognized at a systems level.

· Additionally, a background of structured development and testing methodologies leading to the delivery of high quality systems and solutions using Waterfall, RAD, and Agile methods will be highly regarded.

Working directly with the business performing requirements analysis, solution design, development, delivery and problem solving, you are an articulate communicator with the ability to assimilate complex matters quickly. It is envisaged that your experience of working with traders has provided you the know-how and ability to handle the immediacy of business demands in a trading environment.
