OptAttribute (tag 206) - is anyone using this field?

Trying to find out if OptAttribute(tag 206) is in actual use and if so how. Initially there was planned usage by Monep to define exercise style (as long and short) and by DTB, Soffex, HKFE for versioning the option contract as a result of corporate actions.

Jim,

Eurex is still versioning the option contract as described by you and requires a field to store this information. It does not have to be OptAttribute, an explicit new field such as VersionNo would be equally welcome if there is reason to deprecate the generic field OptAttribute.
