A leading provider of financial technology systems in NYC is currently looking for a senior quality assurance analyst with experience testing order management systems.
· Write test scripts for the Order Management System based on requirements documentation · Test the OMS System · Log issues identified into issue tracking system · Work with Developers to resolve issues found · Automate test scripts where possible
· This QA person will work closely with Development and Product Management
This senior QA person will:· Work with Product Management and Development to understand what the system should do · Write test cases and test suites that thoroughly test the application
This senior person should have the following skills: · Solid understanding of Order Management Systems and/or a solid knowledge of OTC/Listed securities Trading Applications (this skill is required) · Ability to work independently · Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written · Team worker · SQL skills are highly desirable · Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment · Automation skills using a test tool is desirable
