Order Status Request - What to be put in tag 17

Dear all,

In case client send us order with ClOrdID=A, Then we reply them with Pending New. After this, client send a Order Status Request (35=H).
What are we suppose to put in tag 17 if the order is

  1. zero fill
  2. partial fill with the prevous execution ID of 12345

According to the specification for Execution Reports, for ExecType = I (Order Status), the value of ExecID [tag 17] will be 0 (zero).
