Could anyone please tell me the definitions of the following FIX 4.2 order types (tag 40)?
(in context of what they mean to a trader when he/she receives them specified on an order)
9 = On Basis
6 = With or without
D = Previously indicated (as opposed to prev quoted?)
P = Pegged
Many thanks

FIX 4.3 vol 1 has a glossary that defines 9 and 6.
Previously indicated means that the order is sent in response to an IOI and will contains an IOIid.
For a definition of Pegged, see FIX 4.3 vol 4 page 84.
