OrderId after Cancel/Replace Request

Should OrderId (tag 37) be changed after an Order Cancel/Replace? If so, it is correct to send the "old" OrderId in the Execution Report message that report the modification (150=5)? Or instead it should send the "new" OrderId assigned by the broker?
