I would like to know the difference between the values ‘Exchange closed’ and ‘Too late to enter’ for tag 103, OrdRejReason.

One example would be a situation where a specific order type is not allowed after a certain time, even though the exchange itself is open. For example, some ECNs decline stop orders outside of core market hours because the thin markets after hours would make stops useless.
