Partials in a Cancel Pending

Does 3.0/4.0 allow Partials in a Cancel Pending. In 2.7 this was allowed. Is it still true in 3.0/4.0 ?

I feel that a Cancel Pending should be a Cancel Pending only
and nothing else.

It’s not well documented. This issue has been discussed
before but never resolved. I agree with your view.
Furthermore, in 4.1 I feel that in order for the
OrdStatus value to change, a report should be sent with
that value in ExecType to change the state in OrdStatus.

This is implied in the 4.1 Appendix D but not stated in the
spec. I feel it should be.
