If PriceType is Percentage (423=1), what should be Price? 44=99 or 44=0.99?

It would be 44=99 for Price field. Only when the field has a data type of “Percentage” would the value be 0.99. Example: the CouponRate(223) or Yield(236) are Percentage data type fields so the value is expressed as 0.025 for 2.5%
