Perm JOB in Boston - Exclusive - Senior Software Engineer - C++/COM - Trading Software App (FIX/STP)

Salary from 80-105kish + 8-15% bonus depending on experience + stock options
Location: Boston, MA
The Principal or Senior software engineer will be a key member of a software development team for an experienced startup developing exceptionally complex commercial software. This individual will design, implement and test new versions of the current products as well as design and develop exciting new products and product extensions.
Client plans a liquidity event in the next 10-14 months - very profitable!! Some of the brightest and best engineers in the area!
MUST HAVE:
Computer Science degree preferable from a top-tier Engineering program
A minimum of 5 years of writing production qaulity code in C++ and/or VC++ - Extensive experience with Win32 API and MFC Experience developing component (COM) based / distributed systems
Client is also working on NEW C# .NET release - if you have C#/.NET in your background this is a HUGE PLUS!
Big plus is DB experience (ODBC, ADO etc).
Financial background HUGE plus: stock, bonds trading, portfolio management, FIX, STP. etc.
