We are looking for a permamnet senior appliaction support person for a small tradingroom team which supports around 60 traders. The position is located in Frankfurt/Main Germany.
Functional description:
Support of tarders/backoffice in all questions of the following trading software :
- Kondor+ 2.6
- Konder+ Global Limit System
- ORC for Equities
- MarketView
- Sonaris
- WM Data
Collection, investigation and sorting of software problems in the daily business
Forward of software problems and changes to external providers including tracking and follow up
Preperation, planing and installation of softwrae changes
Support the business departments in writing software specification
Support of the technical operators and administrators in the daily business project support
Adminstration and check of documentation according to the internal SEB rules
Requirements:
Very good business (!) knowledge of trading systems (specially Kondor+)
Knowledge of banking business and work flows
Solaris Unix user knowhow
english / german language
Able to work under pressure, flexibel and reliable
Service oriented
Able to work in a team
