Possible values for tag 40 (OrdType) for order types not supported in FIX

Hi

What are the values which can be used to specify the order types in New Order.

1.At Open
2.Market At Open (I understand from the discussion groups that Market on Open can be specified as Tag 40 = 1(Market) and tag 59=2 (At the Opening).
3.Limit At Open.
4.Stop Market at Open/Close.
5.Stop Limit at Open/Close.
