Products/Networks for Business Continuity Plan

All, We use Sungard Fix Engine for our Order Management system(Omni) accessing Sungard Transaction Network. I have been asked to research an alternative in case STN goes down.

What we would need is the Transmission and receipt of Fix message order. We do not need a full OMS sytem.

I have researched and it looks like the following are major players:
Thomson’s - Trade Route…???
NYFIX - Appia…flat cost
SWIFTNet…cost per message
B2Bits / Easy Screens…flat cost

With that said, we would be more inclined to go to a varible pricing as it would just be for backup. Any thoughts/reccomendations for a low cost solution? I am very new to this space.

Sreedhar,

SWIFTNet FIX does not charge per message, but are counterparty participation based. Please contact me and I’ll get you the details.
