Ullink is an established and fast growing provider of electronic trading solutions to the leading Investment banks, Brokerages & Investment managers in the US, Europe & Asia.
Ullink’s solution enables financial organisations with complex electronic trading requirements to exchange order flow in various formats, connect different applications, and manage their trading business.
Due to continued success and client demand; we are looking for 3 profiles:
• Project Manager (Paris)
• Java Developer (Paris)
• Pre sales and support Project Manager (New York)
Project Manager
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of FIX (especially managing the interpretation of FIX) is required. Java is a Bonus.
Ullink is looking for 2 potential candidates;

A highly experienced Java developer (Java J2SE, JSP, Unix or NT) who has an ambition to move into a client facing role while continuing to develop.

An experienced project manager without technical skills but a good functional understanding of FIX and Electronic trading.
The project manager will interface directly with clients & internal technical staff to manage all aspects of the Connectivity, order routing, & the integration of electronic trading solutions within global financial organisations.
Role is based in Ullink’s Paris office with occasional travel.
English speaking role (Additional languages: French, Cantonese or Mandarin, Japanese a strong advantage)
Java Developer
Skills: Java J2SE, XML, RMI, SWING, JSP, Jdom, XML, XSLT
Platform is NT, (Unix experience is a bonus)
Ideally Sun certified Java developer.
Understanding of FIX (4.0 to 4.3/4)
Developer will be actively involved with New Product development, enhancements and customisation to client’s business requirements.
Developer will be expected to have client facing capability.
English speaking (Additional languages: French, Cantonese or Mandarin, Japanese a strong advantage)
Role is based in Ullink’s Paris office with occasional travel.
Pre Sales and Support (New York)
This opportunity would suit an experienced and confident client facing development (Java, JSP, FIX) expert who has the desire to represent an organisation on both a technical and commercial basis.
You will be the central point of contact for responding to the business requirements of existing clients and representing Ullink to active prospects.
You will manage all aspects of Technical support including communication to clients, resolution of client issues, and providing clients and prospects with a dependable and knowledgeable point of contact.
Skills:
Java J2SE
Good Understanding of FIX
Background in the securities industry
Experience in Windows and Unix
Strong Client facing skills; Communication, presentation, etc
