An elite prop trading group with a top NYC ibank if looking for a senior C++ Architect/Developer to design a state of the art commodities trading system. This person will be working directly with quant analysts/traders and bonus is tied to the performance of the group. Great position for senior C++ developers who’d like to work in a front-office environment.
Know C#, Java, C++, etc., well.
- Should have 5+ years of solid development background.
- Extremely well versed in TCP/IP socket communication, asynchronous I/O, etc.
- Know how to parse, serialize and transmit XML messages/documents.
- Should know multi-threading concepts well, familiar with asynchronous eventhandling, throttling of requests, etc
- Know how to perform clean state management as it relates to an order
management system. - have knowledge about GUI application development.
