The Global Technical Committee has reviewed and preliminarily approved the AFME-IA IOI Message Enhancement Proposal. This proposal addresses the business requirements to distinguish IOIs in a machine-readable manner in terms of their categorization (as per AFME/IA scheme) and limit (executable at mid, far touch or outside spread); reviewed at the November 17th 2016 meeting of the EMEA Business Practices Subcommittee. This gap analysis proposes extension of the IOIQualifier(104) field to meet these requirements.
The document now enters a public comment period in which public review and feedback is encouraged. Once the public comment period closes, the Global Technical Governance Board will meet to review public comments before final approval.
