The Global Technical Committee has reviewed and preliminarily approved the BSWG Post-trade Allocation Guidelines for Equities. The Buy Side Working Group’s equity post-trade allocation enhancement proposal seeks to enhance the AllocationInstruction message based on gaps identified as a result of the BSWG’s Post-trade Allocation Guidelines for Equities.
The document now enters a public comment period in which public review and feedback is encouraged. Once the public comment period closes, the Global Technical Governance Board will meet to review public comments before final approval.
