The Global Technical Committee has reviewed and preliminarily approved the CME Group Trade Reporting Extension Proposal. This proposal includes the addition of a new component (CollateralAmtGrp) to support additional collateral over the required margin on both sides of the trade in the TradeCaptureReport(35=AE) and the addition of new enumerations for TrdSubType(829) (for Balancing and BTIC trades) and TradeHandlingInstr(1123) (for One-Party Report Auto-Match).
The document now enters a public comment period in which public review and feedback is encouraged. Once the public comment period closes, the Global Technical Governance Board will meet to review public comments before final approval.
