PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - FIA Post-Trade Working Group TradeMatchReport Message Proposal

Imported from previous forum

The Global Technical Committee has reviewed and preliminarily approved the FIA PTWG TradeMatchReport Message Proposal. This proposal from the FIA Post-Trade Working Group introduces a new message that is primarily used between an exchange and the clearing house. The TradeMatchReport message provides the exchange to report to the clearinghouse the order match events that occur on the trading engine. This proposal is also accompanied by a set of slides that details the flows around this new message and how the message is used to report match events of various types of orders (e.g. simply security orders to complex security orders). The slides can be found via this link (http://www.fixprotocol.org/documents/6436/Trade%20Match%20Report%20for%20GTC%2016-FEB-2012.pdf ).

The document now enters a public comment period in which public review and feedback is encouraged. Once the public comment period closes, the Global Technical Governance Board will meet to review public comments before final approval.

Please post feedback, comments, and questions as replies to this discussion thread.
