The public comment period ends on August 13th, 2008.
My feeling is that the comment for the SideExecID (tbd), previously ExecRefID (19), field in the Trade Capture Report (TrdCapRptSideGrp) is somewhat confusing. “Used in trade reporting models that utilize different execution IDs for each side of the trade.” I do not regard the field as relevant only when different ExecIDs are issued for the sides of a trade. As the field also serves as the link between the Trade Capture Report and any Execution Report issued, it is relevant for reconciliation of the two execution message flows.
I also note that the ExecRefID (19) did not have any field comment for the TrdCapRptSideGrp in SP1 (although you provide one in the Gap Analysis).
