An elite financial firm in the NYC area is looking for a QA Manager with strong equity OMS experience. Must have the following skills:
- Experience working with traders and trading management systems
*Experience managing 30+ QA personnel - Participating in testing real-time financial trading systems on Solaris and XP platforms written in C++, Java, and C#.
- Generate and implement test plans and procedures
- Design and maintain manual and automated test scripts
- Familiarity with client/server technology (hardware and software) systems involving FIX protocol.
- Understanding of the NYSE (LISTED) and NASDAQ (OTC) business systems as well as the roles of ECNs.
- 5-7 years of managerial experience within an investment bank
- Ability to manage tactical deliveries as well as implement strategic upgrades to the team
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Technical background with hands on experience dealing with Unix and Oracle/Sybase
- Experience WinRunner & LoadRunner
