Quote Response Error Handling

Hi,

This may seem easy but its slightly ambiguous in the docs

if someone send me a quote response and it has an unknown quoteID, how do i reply? Do I use the business message reject message or do I use the Quote Status Report to inform the client of the Error (quoteStatus of reject).
