I have a question regarding above tag 301 in Mass Quote.

If the user sets this to be ‘1 = Acknowledge rejected quotes only’ and the MassQuote contains both accepted and rejected quotes should the reject be assembled containing just the ‘bad’ quote entries?

Exactly, concept here is “no news is good news”. Objective is a reduction of message size for the ACK.

MassQuote contains quotes of which some will be accepted and some will be rejected. MassQuoteAck only contains those quotes that were rejected.
