Should we add an enumerated type for Fixing Source as part of RateSourceType (tag 1447) in order to further clarify the value in ReferencePage (atg 1448) in order to address speciffics related NDFs and reference to a rate source in the future?

Nathan - we have this captured in a Gap Analysis before the GFXC at this time.
