The FIX engine has an error and needs to be “fixed” 🙂 . It creates the sequence

> 447=C|448=13501100|452=12|453=1

but should create the sequence

> 453=1|448=13501100|447=C|452=12|

Note the comment “_client-side modification of the message_”. The example on that page shows exactly your (incorrect) ordering.
