The past 12 months have seen unprecedented change for the trading community; the economic downturn has presented significant challenges, we have witnessed changes to market structure, regulatory developments and also advancements within the electronic trading space.

Join FPL on 15th July as we explore the challenges and opportunities that the past year has presented for our industry, and looking forwards, the increasing important role that effective risk management will play in securing greater stability.

Rob Hegarty, Managing Director, Market Structure at the DTCC and previously Managing Director of the Tower Group Securities and Investments Group, will present an overview of the impact across the sector and offer some insights to what it means for the future. This presentation will then be followed by a panel session that will explore this topic area in greater detail and debate how risk management will feature in the new paradigm ahead. This session will be moderated by Daemon Bear, Co-Chair FPL EMEA Regional Committee, MD, Head of BlockCross at ICAP Securities Ltd and include the following panelists:
