Hi,
The 4.1 spec states "It is permissible for fields to be repeated" then describes two scenarios: where a field allows multiple values; where a field appears in both clear and encrypted sections.
It doesn’t indicate how to handle the case where the feild doesn’t allow multiple values. I’d assume the policy would be last occurrence stands. Right?
Now consider the case of user-defined fields which are defined to appear both in non-repeating sections AND within repeating groups. Should this even be allowed?
