Which FIX Application Message could a broker use to report an off-exchange trade to an exchange? An unsolicited ExecutionReportTraded?

Execution Reports that are "unsolicited" (without ClOrdID) are generally used to report trades. I would imagine this could work in this case; obviously the echange has to be willing to accept such a message, and is going to place requirements on just what information needs to be specified.
