Electronic Client Services
Job Description
· Provide technical, trading and sales support to clients and internal business units on electronic trading platforms
· Support of electronic trading infrastructure and products - front-end software, FIX protocol channels, networking
· Tracking of client/system issues, reception of inbound requests to desk
· Monitoring of client trading flows, electronic products
· Processing of post-trade client requests, light operational work
· Coordination across multiple business units and trading desks
· High level of interaction with clients/traders in a transaction intensive environment
· Certification of new and existing clients across multiple platforms
· Facilitate in the UAT of new product and application enhancements
· Coordination of tasks/projects with technology development team
· Support of trading channels across equity, futures & options.
Job Requirements
· Strong knowledge of trading/brokerage business
· Familiarity of trading systems, post-trade processing systems is an advantage
· Technical orientation - ability to rapidly learn complex electronic trading infrastructure
· Working knowledge of European securities markets and structure
· Understanding of common institutional trading practices, especially in conjunction with connectivity and electronic trading
· Extremely professional, proactive and attentive to business-critical issues
· Eventual registration with market regulatory bodies - registered rep exams
· Strong written and verbal communications capabilities
