Hi,

I am a little confused.Is there a difference between Reuters Exchange Codes and Fix Exchange codes?

The FIX exchange codes page:

Has Reuters Exchange codes as a title

Are we talking about the same thing here?

You should use the MIC codes instead (if they exist for your market).

For “SecurityExchange”, you have only the “Exchange” data type that says “string field representing a market or exchange using ISO 10383 Market Identifier Code (MIC) values (see"Appendix 6-C).”

For “ExDestination”, you can use the “ExDestinationIDSource” tag to qualify your reference and chose between:
B=BIC (Bank Identification Code) (ISO 9362)
C=Generally accepted market participant identifier (e.g. NASD mnemonic)
D=Proprietary / Custom code
E=ISO Country Code
G=MIC (ISO 10383 - Market Identifier Code)

You can see that none are really the “Reuters code”.
