Position: Risk Systems Development Manager & Engineer (Derivatives - Bank)
Skills: Risk/pricing systems development project manager & software engineer (hands-off) with extensive front office experience required, ideally with complex derivatives products exposure. The right candidate will have excellent team management skills and come from a very strong development and architecture background having learned their trade in large, complex, fast paced financial environments. Systems being developed are currently a mix of VBA/Excel and C++ with a strong shift towawrds the latter. As this is a front office role strong communication skills are essential as you will not just be dealling with traders and other inter-related teams but also directly at MD level.
