Implementation Solutions LLC is a consortium of consultants specializing in the front-office space. Our organization consists of highly qualified and professional business analysts, project managers, quality assurance and production support analysts.
As such, we are seeking to help a current client with two full-time searches. Our client would also be open to a try-buy situation of six month consulting and then the expectation would be to move to a permanent position. Both positions are located in downtown San Francisco. The first has amended hours of 12-8 pm (local time) and the other is standard business hours.
The first position is an entry level (junior analyst) for domestic equity trade processing and international order management support. Responsibilities will include working with TradeMatch/Nearmatch/
Confirm/Affirm on the domestic equity side to ensure domestic equity trades are properly affirmed. Some work with securities lending in recalling securities and managing buy-in process required. Some experience with a commercial order generation/order management system is ideal as this person will also support international equity traders.
The second position is a lead analyst for international equity corporate actions. Resource must have wide breadth of experience in handling voluntary international corporate actions, either having worked at an investment manager or a custodian. Resource must be able to interface with portfolio management for decisions and with custodians.
