Sending a MDS cancel

Hi All
Currently we support MDS streaming, ie client sends in 35=V, we will stream prices via 35=W. At this time If we the Liquidity provider want to cancel the MDS ( 35=W), we send a 35=Z ( note this is to cancel the stream not suspend, ie client would have to send in a new 35=V to receive prices again).
Looking around, there does not seem to be a FIX message to cancel a MDS, a client can send in a 35=V and unsubscribe, but the Liquidity provider cannot.
The 3 ideas we have had are:
- Empty 35=W with a specific message in tag 58
- 35= Y with a specific message in tag 58
- Our current method of sending a 35=Z

Would appreciate any feedback to see how other deal with this.

Hi all,

We have come back to this but wanted to know if we have a 268=0, are we permitted to have a tag 269? I was thinking this:

For MDS suspend, ie the Liquidity provider has suspended prices and will resume at some point
268=0, 269=J as its empty book

Cancel, ie the Liquidity provider has closed the stream, client would need to request again.
268=0, 269=J and 276=B ( closed)

I guess the main question here is if 268=0, can we have anything in the repeating group?
