Aegis is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to market our Athena program and algorithmic trading software into institutions, hedge funds and broker/dealers. The right candidate has prior sales experience, is well-versed in trading/order management systems, and is extremely comfortable interacting directly with traders and finance executives.
Qualified applicants will have:
** Strong experience selling products or services into the financial industry
** In depth knowledge of trade order management systems for equities, options, futures, etc.
** Experience interacting directly with traders, whether as a licensed trader or through technology sales or support.
** General exposure to algorithmic trading strategies such as VWAP, Pairs, Index and Stat Arbitrage, etc.
** Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, business colleagues and software engineers.
** Extensive network of contacts within the financial services industry.
