Session reject for overfill

Hi Guys,

During one of my fix certification testing I found that my OMS sent session level reject for an overfill message from sell side.

8=FIX.4.29=019035=334=27949=ABC4256=DEF252=20100702-06:15:2145=29258=CODE: 1-1-151 VALUE OUT OF BOUNDS: Value out of bounds. Field: LeavesQty (tag #151) Value: -3000.0 Bounds: nonnegative373=510=246]

For the above message the scenario was like this

1.Initial quantity 6000.
2.Got a partial fill of 2000 and then 7000 which makes the tag 151 value as -3000.

My question is in this case should we send a session level reject or we should DK the message or do we have any other suitable option.

Please ensure that you send back Tag 17 (ExecID) for broker to easily identify the Execution you have DKed.
