Is there any way to indicate that an order is a share repurchase?

I’ve seen the TrdType (828) ‘53=Repurchase Agreement’ that (I think) can be used for flagging a trade as a share repurchase. How can this be done for orders?

OrderRestrictions (529) = “B” (Issuer Holding) was introduced recently for this purpose. Whether its a repurchase of new issue depends on the side.
