Hi,
Can anybody explain me the difference between side of an order and order type ? I understand order type, but side of the order is confusing me.

Rajib,

The side of the order is the indicator used for example buy or sell.
The ordertype is the price condition (market, limit etc.)
So you can have an order with Side = 1 and OrdType = 1, which means a
new market buy order.
