Essential skills:-SimCorp,Back Office Investment
Management systems, Futures,Balance management,
Settlements (SWIFT).
Responsibilities :
Primary role is to take IT responsibility for the design and build of the technical environment of the SimCorp Dimension.
implementation •Design and build SimCorp Dimension base configuration (e.g. Users, menu access, and underlying system security.
•Design and build up SimCorp Dimension Systems Administration function.
•Co-ordination of multiple development and testing environments
required to support the implementation
•Support Back office business team with technical design and
implementation of external interface structure for OASYS, Swift and
Third Party Admin links
•Development of internal service levels and support model for SimCorp
Dimension.
•Support IT Project leader and liaise with other IT and business
streams.
Requirements:
•Significant ‘hands on’ experience implementing Back Office Investment
Management systems
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of and experience in a Software Development Lifecycle
Methodology
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Strong time management skills
•Detail-oriented
•Proven package implementation and configuration experience
•Proven experience in the set up of a technical infrastructure to
support new packages, including messaging technologies such as MQ
Series
•Experience of configuration management and version management tools.
Desirable:
•Any experience with Simcorp Dimension
•ETL / Data Warehousing experience
•Previous experience working with other Investment Management Package
Knowledge of STP and FIX would be advantageous.
