Leading global investment bank are looking to strengthen their Hong Kong based Asian Equities Technology team focussing on the next generation equities order flow systems & brand new strategic STP systems for the region.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong relevant investment banking background where he / she has been working in a senior level position with responsibilities for electronic order flow systems, with specific business knowledge of: order capture, execution, confirmation through to back-office settlements (the full life-cycle), ideally with first hand knowledge of Asian based exchanges inc: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea & Singapore. A strong understanding of the Equities & Cash businesses is essential.
Technically this position calls for very strong ‘hands on’ Java & C++ development experience, with distributed middleware experience inc: UNIX / Solaris with some GUI. In addition to this any experience of team leading and or project management would be very useful.
