Hi,
I’m new about the fix protocol and I need to choose the version to implement a solution for trading comunication.
I’d like to know if in 4.2 release were fixed some problems present in 4.1 release.
In fact I heard about some loss of efficiency in 4.1, and which advantages I’ll have by using the 4.2.

When you download the FIX 4.2 release spec, there is a separate document titled "FIX 4.2 Release Notes" which itemizes the specific changes made to FIX 4.2 vs. 4.1. In general, we tried to correct all of the known issues with prior versions.
