I’m looking for high quality C++ (5 to 7 yrs. exp)developers with exp. with fixed income trading system exp. The candidate must have knowledge of trade settlements (fixed income or possibly equity exp.). Must have good understanding of the transaction process.
The candidate must have a microsoft background. 50% of the job is heavy object oriented design and implementation using C++/SQL on the backend of the system. 25% of the job is high level TCP/IP socket programming. The candidate must have a strong messaging background with a wide range of communications protocols’ experience. The other 25% of the job is using XML/XSLT and FIX. The candidate should have built API’s using XML. The candidate should have some experience/knowledge with W3 standards, schema’s, DOM’s, and SAX.
I’m only looking at candidates who live in the NYC area that have the technical and the right financial knowledge. The total package could go from 150k to 160k. I have two jobs: one in NJ and the other in NYC.
